Changing Spaces is founded on over 30 years’ experience of building and renovation. With our multi-disciplined network of contractors, we can bring together all the trades and skills required to offer anything from a one-room makeover to a complete restoration or new build anywhere in East Anglia.

Materials and processes may differ when restoring a listed building or constructing a new, thermally efficient contemporary house. However both require similar skill sets, work ethics and management to deliver on time and within budget.

We have the creative ability to interpret your dreams and the knowledge to work with you to realise them, using anything from lime mortar, hand-made bricks, and centuries-old oak to insulated concrete formwork, glue-laminated beams and zinc roofing.

We listen to what you want. We know what is possible and what is sensible to help deliver the result that you want. We recognize the value that other professionals can bring to the build process and we have many years’ experience working alongside architects, engineers, planners, building control and conservation officers to achieve shared objectives.

We also carry out minor works including maintenance, kitchen and bathroom re-fits, and specialist works such as retrofit exterior wall insulation to reduce energy bills, damp-proofing and timber preservation.

This site will show you various examples. If you have a building or project in mind, we would be delighted to discuss your plans and see how we can help.
