Water Damage

The most usual damage to older buildings is caused by water from leaking roofs, lack of ventilation, failing lead valleys and flashings, rising damp, frost damage or white spot mould.

Left untreated, water ingress at the least will spoil interior finishes, and at worst can lead to rot in structural timbers, and generally undermine the integrity of the building fabric.
